Warning ⚠️

High Tides expected today and tomorrow along with strong winds making tides even higher.

High tides and strong winds on the Sefton coast this weekend when Tides will be highest around lunchtime and midnight.

There is a very high tide today, Saturday 6th November at 12.31pm in Sefton. If you are heading down to our beautiful beaches, please be careful.

There will be little or no beach available for approximately one hour either side of this time. Today the tide at Formby, Southport, Ainsdale and Crosby will rise to 9.40 meters and will be at it's highest at 12.31pm this afternoon. Please wrap up well and take care.

Take care along all of our coast but take particular care in Crosby where waves are close to footpaths. Stay safe everyone!

Tides are the rise and fall of sea levels caused by the combined effects of gravitational forces exerted by the Moon, Sun, and rotation of the Earth.

If you go down, please take some photos for us. Send them to info@formbybubble.com

High Tides expected again tomorrow, Sunday 7th November. High Tide will be 12:14pm and 9.30meters.

Stay Safe everyone 😃
