Tickets for the Bootle Music Festival 2022 are now ON SALE!
The day is here.... Tickets for our Bootle Music Festival 2022 are now ON SALE!
FAQs - these are based on things we think you should know, things we were asked in previous years and other random stuff!
PLEASE READ BEFORE MESSAGING US On Facebook
Can I buy tickets at the gate? Well that depends...we have a limited capacity and once we reach it - that's it! So we can't guarantee tickets will be available on the day - best buy before so you are not disappointed!
Are there ID or minimum age requirements to enter the event? ID is required for ALL Over 18s - 18+ wristbands will only be provided at the gate with ID.
What are my transport/parking options for getting to and from the event? Please don't drive! There is no allocated parking, so public transport is advised - the venue is 5 minutes walk from both Bootle Oriel Road and Bootle New Strand Station as well as the Strand bus depot where transport links are excellent across the region.
Can I leave the festival and come back in again? Yes! As long as you are wearing your wristband!
What can I bring into the event? No food or liquids to be brought into the event - infant formula/prescribed medication are the only exceptions. Water will be available to all and there will be several food vendors on site.
Will there be veggie/vegan food options? Yes!
Can I bring camping chairs? You can - however we are encouraging seating to be predominantly in the wellbeing field! The main stage area will be mostly for standing and dancing!
Are dogs allowed? Sorry - our four-legged friends are not allowed into the event. We look forward to seeing them with their owners as usual in the Lock & Quay after the weekend! 🙂
Do you have accessible facilities? Yes, the site is flat with few obstructions and we have accessible toilets on site. Wheelchair users will also have a specific access area at the main stage
What happens if it rains? Rain? It never rains in Bootle!!! Ok, if it does, we get a bit wet and muddy and have a ball! Seriously though, we keep an eye on any severe weather reports which affect safety and keep every informed through social media channels 🙂
How can I contact the organiser with any questions? Call 0151 933 1311 Mon-Fri 9-4.30pm EMAIL : lockandquaybootle@gmail.com or info@saferegen.org.uk
Come along and help us celebrate all that is great about our town - the people, the music, the stories...and the best bit is any profits from the event will be completely reinvested in this community!
