Station Road Garage in Ainsdale is sadly closing its doors after 39 years in business

It is with great sadness that we confirm that Station Garage in Burnley Road, Ainsdale is closing after 39 years in business.

A notice went up on their Facebook page which said:

”I am writing this post with great sadness, as I confirm that after 39 years of Station Garage trading in Ainsdale, that we are going to close the doors permanently. Some of you are aware, that I have struggled to find replacement staff, and with the cost of parts and expenses rising, we as a family felt it is the right decision to make right now.“

”We know many of you will be saddened by this news, as many of you have been with us from the start, and we have worked on your children's cars, your parents cars, and your grandparents cars. Myself Mandy, Shirley and Keith would like to thank you all for supporting us over the years, and thank you Ainsdale for being such lovely customers. Thank you for all of your support over the years, and I know I will miss you all, and our office chats.”

So many people are sorry to see them go and send their best wishes on Facebook…
