Operation Pelican sees Waterloo man arrested for drug supply offences

Operation Pelican Officers have arrested a 26-year-old male from the #Waterloo area for Drug Supply Offences, Money Laundering, Disqualified Driving and Assault
Merseyside Police officers have sighted a high powered off road electric bike on South Road, '#Waterloo with the rider stopping off to treat himself to a Milkshake. Officers have quickly acted to detain the male due to the nuisance they have been reported to be causing in the area.
The male attempted to make off where he has been detained a short distance away. During a short struggle the male has bitten three officers causing minor injuries. During a search of the male a substantial (over 500 street deals) amount of Class A Drugs (Cocaine and Ecstasy) have been located in his trouser leg. Also located was over £2000 in cash and a small amount of Cannabis
The male was duly arrested and has now had to settle for a custody hot chocolate rather than his luxury milkshake!
