”Blue-green algae, or cyanobacteria, are known to produce toxins that can cause skin rashes, nausea, and other health issues if ingested or contacted. Given these risks, we have taken the precautionary step of closing the lake while we await further confirmation from ongoing tests.”
“As a result, all scheduled events and activities at the lake over the weekend have been cancelled. We understand the disappointment this may cause for those who had planned to participate, but the safety of our lake users is our utmost priority.”
“We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this closure may cause and appreciate your patience and understanding during this time. Our team is working diligently to confirm the test results and ensure the lake is safe for public use as soon as possible.”
“Please stay tuned for further updates on the status of the lake and the resumption of events. We will provide more information as it becomes available.”
“Thank you for your cooperation and commitment to safety.”
