*understanding of cricket equipments( bats, gloves, shoes)

*problem solving skills

JOB ROLE

* helping customers with products.

* general store sales.

* booking bats in for repair

*answering phone calls

*processing  payments

*open and closing the store if needed

*keeping the store clean and tidy

* checking stock and arranging  store displays

*dealing with customer complaints

Career progression also available through Apprenticeship towards Customer care Role
