Congratulations to Flight Sergeant Hedges on passing the pinnacle leadership course available to Royal Air Force Air Cadets, Junior Leaders

Congratulations to Flight Sergeant Hedges on passing the pinnacle leadership course available to Royal Air Force Air Cadets, Junior Leaders.
The course was eight months of intense training weekends, consolidated in 10 day deployed exercise on Salisbury Plain supported by members of the armed forces.
FS Hedges is now one of a few cadets privileged to wear the coveted maroon lanyard and ‘DZ’ patch, along with the well earned Gold Leadership badge on his uniform.
The leadership theory along with the practical exercises also earned him earning him a Level 3 award from The Institute of Leadership and Management something that will also be useful in future employment.
Flight Sergeant Adam Hedges, a year 13 pupil at Chesterfield High School, Crosby, hopes for a career in the Royal Air Force, quoted, “This experience has allowed us to grow not only as leaders, but as people, and has inspired us to push ourselves both within Cadets and in our personal lives. It is a true honour to have been involved in JL24 and is surely going to remain as a strong and lasting memory for all of us.”
Congratulations FS Hedges the work you put in has reaped benefits for you and your future. Well done.
