Cllr June Burns is the new Mayor of Sefton for the next Municipal year

Sefton Council are delighted to confirm Cllr June Burns as the new Mayor of Sefton for the next municipal year.

Cllr Burns is returning to the civic role after previously being Mayor during the Covid Pandemic.

Outgoing Mayor Cllr Clare Carragher also oversaw an incredible period in the borough’s history,

becoming the first Mayor of Sefton during both the passing of a Monarch and the Proclomation of a Monarch.
