Be at one with Sefton’s wildlife in Bootle

Join Green Sefton and the Canal Trust for a wildlife afternoon at Mellanear Park in Bootle on Wednesday, 21 August, 1pm-3pm.

This is an opportunity to take part in some wildlife watching alongside our rangers where you can look out for birds and mini beast and make a bird feeder.

Wildlife lovers may also wish to head along to the Atkinson in Southport on Friday, 16 August for ‘Gems in the Dunes’ to learn more about the work Back from the Brink is doing to save England’s most threatened species from extinction, join in with their craft activity and take part in a nature quiz.
