A 21-year-old man from Netherton arrested for drug supply, money laundering and possession of knife
South Sefton Community Team this afternoon, Saturday 28th October, arrested a 21-year-old male from #Netherton for Drug Supply, Money Laundering and driving offences along with Possession of a Bladed Article.
A spokesperson from Merseyside Police said: "The male was sighted near Marian Square on a high powered off road bike. He attempted to evade officers and whilst doing so paid too much attention to Police Officers and crashed into a parked car."
"The male was detained and found in possession of numerous wraps of Crack Cocaine and Heroin, over £2,000 in cash believed to be from the proceeds of crime, and a lock knife."
"He is now in police custody and will be questioned by detectives. Meanwhile his illegal bike will join the others seized ready for the crusher."
